Hack Squat Machine and Standing Row Machine
These machines have been in our warehouse for many years from when our sons were younger.  They are now being stored outside.  I don't know much about them but the Hack Squat machine appears to be in pretty good shape.  I am sure that it could use some TLC.  It slides up and down and I assume that is what it is supposed to do.  It looks like you can stand up in it or sit on the bottom pushing upward.
The row machine is pretty simplistic.  My son used it in high school when training for football.  You are buying both machine but the plate tree in the picture is not included.  We are selling these as pickup only.  They are located at our gravel pit in Gallipolis Ferry, WV.  We can load them on your truck or trailer.  If you buy it and it is absolutely necessary that we ship, we will palletize it and help arrange shipping via uShip at your expense.
