Life fitness synergy 360 XL weight system. As found in many gyms. Unit in good condition. Great for personal and group circuit training.
Modules: -Dual adjustable pulley station with a multi grip pull-up bar.
-Punching bag station(no bag)
-Rebounder trampoline station
-Landmine station with a multi grip pull up bar. Comes with a landmine bar that fits Olympic plates and another standard. Includes the rock climb grip pull-up bar attachment. Great for training grip strength.
Has a suspension training zone, 2 dip bars and a step up tray that is great for many exercises Storage areas for weights, kettlebells, attachments etc. Currently disassembled. All hardware present and bolts are all put back in original slots. Reassembly is straight forward.
