Rogue Fitness Sandbags with 4 pouches.
Never used. Wife bought these and never used them to exercise. Pretty neat system to carry weight and adjust weight using regular old sand or other like material. The continually shifting weight when you lift it adds such a different dimension to strength training
I think this is the small size (but I'm not 100% sure). it measures 20 inches wide.
max weight is dependent upon filler material. Website conservatively lists 40lbs for the small size.
