I was told this was used to train for a lifeguard job in the 1960's
Does seem to work as it should. I did not fully test because I already have shoulder issues.
Comes with the original carrying case.
All looks to be in good condition. There are some marks here and there and the bag is dirty in spots.
Marks and stains on bag from long periods of storage.
This is truly a rare find and a vintage item.
I would definitely clean it and inspect it before using it for exercise.
