The loadable weight plate sleeves will fit 2” diameter opening, Olympic sized weight plates. This machine weighs approximately 55 LB in its entirety. The footrest has a diamond style steel grid plate, which can fit one or both feet during your leg workout, depending on your preference.

How long will it take until I receive my order?
