Safety tips: the attached screws are only suitable for hanging light objects. For physical exercise or items weighing more than 200 pounds, replace screws larger than 0.5 inches in diameter and test stability before use.
Two sets of screws are available: one for connecting wood and the other for connecting concrete. In addition, there is a supporting screw protective sleeve. In either way, it only takes a few minutes to install. (professional installation is recommended).
